Plate dispenser O240-320 mm (unheated) DZ-2432N – how to choose the right one
DZ-2432N is a neutral dispenser for 45 plates of between 240 and 320 mm in diameter, made of AISI-304 stainless steel.
The upper limit of 320 mm covers presentation plates and large shallow ones, which the DZ-1826N model will no longer take. In venues serving on large ware it is the only option of the pair.
The ranges of the two dispensers overlap between 240 and 260 mm. If a venue uses precisely those diameters, what settles the choice is the direction in which the range of ware is going to change.

That diameter fits both models, so the rest of the range of ware settles it. If the venue also has dessert plates, the 180–260 mm range will be the more practical one.
Does the figure of 45 units apply to the largest plates as well?
The manufacturer gives that figure for the whole range, without breaking it down by diameter. The thickness of the ware will, however, affect the actual height of the stack.
