Plate dispenser O240-320 mm (heated) DZ-2432C – how to choose the right one

DZ-2432C is a heated dispenser for 45 plates of 240–320 mm diameter, with a thermostat up to 90°C, a power of 750 W and a 230 V supply. Construction in AISI-304 stainless steel.

One detail is worth noting: the power is identical to that of the model for smaller plates, even though the stack is heavier and has a larger surface area. Reaching working temperature will therefore take correspondingly longer.

The practical consequence concerns how the shift is organised. The unit has to be switched on well ahead of the first service, and not at the moment the first guest walks up to the hatch.

How to choose a dispenser for the vessel diameter and the worktop – we explained it in the selection guide for this category.

Where it works

  • Restaurants serving main courses on large plates
  • Hotel lunch and dinner buffets
  • Refectories with hot plate service
  • Kitchens where the food is plated in front of the guest

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have not found your answer? Give the vessel diameter and the type of mounting – we will select the dispenser.

Ask a question
How long does it take to heat up to working temperature?

The data sheet does not state this, and the time depends on the number and mass of the plates in the stack. With a full load of large ware it is worth allowing a margin of time.

Can the thermostat be set lower than 90°C?

The manufacturer gives 90°C as the maximum value, which points to adjustment below that level. The data sheet does not, however, specify the range of settings.
