Soup warmer KP-PZ-2058 – how to choose the right one
Soup warmer KP-PZ-2058 is a unit with a capacity of 9 litres, rated at 350 W on a 230 V supply, made of stainless steel. It keeps food poured into the vessel hot.
Three hundred and fifty watts is a holding rating, not a cooking one. The soup is brought up to temperature on the range and only then poured into the warmer, whose task is to hold it for the duration of service.
A 230 V supply at such a low draw simplifies positioning. The unit needs no separate circuit and no three-phase connection, so its place on the serving counter is chosen for the convenience of the staff rather than by the layout of technical sockets.

No. A rating of 350 W over 9 litres is enough to hold a temperature, but bringing cold food up to heat would take too long to make sense on a serving counter.
What socket is needed?
A standard 230 V one. At 350 W the current does not exceed two amperes, which is within any typical socket circuit.
How many portions does 9 litres give?
At a 300 ml portion that comes to around thirty bowls, and at 250 ml – thirty-six. It is worth allowing a margin, because the last few centimetres at the bottom cannot be served out cleanly.
