Pasta cooking vessel KZ-I-PCTS533030 measures 530 × 300 × 300 mm and is made of AISI-304 steel. It is the working vessel of a unit in which pasta is cooked in baskets immersed in boiling water.
The square 300 × 300 mm cross-section is no accident – for baskets lowered vertically it is above all the height of the column of water that counts. Thirty centimetres allows a basket to be fully immersed and a layer of boiling water to be kept above it.
