Fryer vessel KZ-I-FTS472723 is an oil tank measuring 470 × 270 × 235 mm, made of AISI-304 steel. It is the working part of the unit and is replaced independently of the rest of the construction.
A fryer vessel wears out faster than the housing, because it works at close to 180 degrees and in contact with oil and with the salt from the products. Replacing the vessel alone is therefore often cheaper than deciding on a new unit.
