KZ-GNP1910 is a polypropylene gastronorm container in the GN 1/9 size, measuring 176 × 108 mm and 100 mm deep. It holds 0.9 litres, close to a litre of product on the area of the smallest gastronorm field.

Is polypropylene suitable for hot sauces?
This is a plastic with limited heat resistance, intended for cold use. For heated wells and heat treatment, steel containers of the same size are chosen instead.
Which lid fits this container?
Any in the GN 1/9 size, i.e. 176 × 108 mm, in this range the steel KZ-GNC19 or the silicone KZ-GNS19. The material of the lid does not have to match the material of the vessel.
