A polycarbonate GN 1/9 container 100 mm high holds 0.9 l with a footprint of 176 × 108 mm. The deeper version of the smallest module gives almost twice as much room as the 65 mm variant, without taking up a single millimetre more of worktop.
A narrow, tall vessel holds thick products well that do not spread across the wall, mustards, pastes, thick sauces. For ingredients like these, transparency is doubly convenient, since you can see both the level and whether the product is starting to separate.
Scooping from a depth of ten centimetres with such a small base needs a spoon with a longer handle. This is the only practical drawback of this version compared with the shallow one.

Placed in a GN well it stands securely, since the rim rests on the frame. Standing free on a worktop, a full container has a high centre of gravity and is easier to knock.
How many portions of sauce does 0.9 litres give?
At a portion of 30 ml, that is around thirty portions from one fill. For thick products the realistic number is lower, since some stays on the walls.
Does the lid from a shallow GN 1/9 fit this version?
Yes, the KZ-GNT19 lid fits over the 176 × 108 mm edge regardless of the vessel's height. The same item closes both the 65 and the 100 mm versions.
