Gastronorm container 325x176x200 mm (polypropylene) KZ-GNP1320 – how to choose the right one
A GN 1/3 200 mm high holds 7.7 l with a 325 × 176 mm footprint. It's the highest-capacity container in this third of a module – three such containers on one rack level give more than twenty litres of product together.
A volume like this makes sense where one ingredient is used in large quantities: potatoes in water, vegetables in brine, pancake batter for the whole breakfast shift. Instead of five containers in rotation, one does the job.
When full, the load approaches eight kilograms and its centre of gravity sits high. For carrying a container like this up stairs or between rooms, a trolley is better than hands.

Ask a questionCan the container be fully emptied without decanting?
At 20 cm high, reaching the base with a spoon is awkward, so the rest is usually decanted. For thick products, a long-handled spatula helps, or tilting the container over a pot.
Will this depth fit between the runners in a cold cabinet?
Usually yes, but the container will take up several runner levels at once. When planning a cabinet's loading, what counts isn't the number of containers, but the sum of their heights.
How does it differ from the 150 mm version with the same footprint?
By two litres of capacity – 7.7 l instead of 5.7 l – and by how deep you have to reach. If the container is going to be opened several times a day, the shorter version is more convenient.
