How do you know the lid fits the containers you have?
The container footprint decides: 176 × 162 mm is the GN 1/6 module. The lid is designed for GNT polycarbonate containers and fits them regardless of depth, including 200 mm.
How should a reserve of lids be stored in the back of house?
