PE-MBSZ-8P is a connecting lead for monoblocks intended for refrigerated cabinets, with an 8-pin connector, a PE protective conductor and a length of 700 mm. It is used to connect the refrigeration module to the wiring of the furniture.
Eight pins correspond to the arrangement adopted in the cabinet monoblocks of the MB-SZ family. Without a matching lead the module stays unconnected, which is why this item usually appears together with the order for the appliance, or during servicing when the connection itself is damaged.
Seven hundred millimetres corresponds to the typical run from the module socket to the junction box in the cabinet body. With an unusual installation it is worth checking this dimension in advance, because a lead with a factory-fitted connector cannot simply be extended.

What is the separate PE conductor for?
It is the protective conductor. Connecting it is an installation requirement and none of the other pins in the connector takes its place.
