Night blind KP-NB3 – how to choose the right one
The KP-NB3 is an insulated blind with a hook, covering an open refrigerated display case outside selling hours. It is made from low-emissivity HDPE fabric, which the manufacturer describes as limiting heat exchange and the unit's running costs.
The construction is deliberately simple: no elaborate mechanism means fewer things that can jam in day-to-day use, and being able to stop the blind at any point lets only part of the display be covered.
Two add-ons change how this solution works. The aluminium cassette hides the rolled-up fabric and tidies up the top of the unit's appearance, and the descent brake stops the blind snapping back suddenly when the hook is released.

Will the blind replace the doors on a display case?
Not during the shop's opening hours - its role is to cover the display when nobody is using it. The manufacturer stresses limiting heat exchange, not sealing the chamber airtight.
What is the descent brake for?
Without it, a released hook lets the fabric snap up suddenly, which strains the fixing and can be a nuisance with tall shelving. It is additional equipment, ordered together with the blind.
