Sliding door roller (polyamide/galvanised) KP-AC-1005 – how to choose the right one
The KP-AC-1005 roller is a polyamide wheel in a galvanised housing, described by two diameters: 18 mm and 34 mm. The manufacturer intends it for sliding leaves.
The double dimension is information about shape, not about two variants. The narrower part runs in the track, the wider one rests against the edge of the profile and it is this that keeps the leaf from jumping out of the guide rail when tugged.
Such an arrangement changes the selection procedure. You check not one dimension but two: the width of the groove in which the tread is to run, and the space into which the flange will fit. A mistake on the second only shows up after fitting.

Can a single-diameter roller replace it?
