KP-AC-3428 is a sliding door roller with a Ø29 mm polyamide wheel in a galvanised housing. In terms of size it sits at the upper end of this group of items.
A larger wheel on a sliding leaf works differently than on a trolley. It is not about clearing obstacles, but about the fact that a longer circumference means fewer revolutions over the same distance – and therefore slower wear of the tread and the bearing for the same number of openings.
That is an argument for choosing the largest roller that will fit the profile. The limit remains the geometry of the guide rail, which it is not worth changing for the sake of the durability of the fitting alone.

Only when it fits the guide rail without stress. Forcing in an oversized wheel lifts the leaf and transfers the load onto the edge of the rail, which ends in faster wear of both parts.
How can the roller be measured without removing the door?
Usually it is enough to slide the leaf fully open and look into the track from the open side. If the fitting is enclosed, the simpler solution is to take one leaf off and measure it on a bench.
