The KP-AC-3529 roller has a polyamide wheel 30 mm in diameter and a galvanised housing. Together with KP-AC-3528 it forms a pair of items with an identical tread size.
Thirty millimetres is the upper limit of this group. A roller of this size usually goes into the heaviest leaves in a given unit – solid, insulated or glazed in an aluminium frame.
At such a mass the wheel itself is no longer the critical part; what holds it becomes critical instead. A worn spindle produces the same symptom as a worn tread, so when diagnosing it is worth checking the lateral play before ordering a new roller.
