Drip tray (405x115x25 mm) KP-BDD1 – how to choose the right one
The KP-BDD1 drip tray measures 405 x 115 x 25 mm and is made of polyethylene rated for use up to 80°C. It collects water condensing on the evaporator and carries it out of the unit's cooled zone.
The shape here is clearly elongated: four times longer than it is wide. This is a solution for linear evaporators running along the back wall of the chamber, where condensate runs off in a single narrow stream.
A narrow profile has one practical advantage and one drawback. It is easier to fit into a tight installation, but it forgives placement errors less - a two-centimetre shift sideways can push the fin edge beyond the tray's outline.

Only in length: the width and side height are identical. The choice comes down to how long the coil block above the tray is.
Can the channel be cut to a custom length?
Polyethylene can be cut, but the factory-sealed end of the side is lost along with the cut-off piece. After doing this, the corner's watertightness has to be ensured by hand, so it is better to choose a ready-made length.
Which side should the drain be on?
Whichever way the fit-out's slope falls. The tray has no drainage point of its own within its outline, so water has to reach the end point by gravity.
