DZ-SF2000-5B is a silicone gasket for the DZ-SF2000 cup dispenser, intended for vessels 57–98 mm in diameter. Of the three available sizes it covers the widest span.
Forty-one millimetres of span means this one gasket covers most of a typical café assortment. The other two come into play only with packaging for large cold drinks.
Silicone is a deliberate choice here: it deforms as the vessel passes and returns to shape, so the stack does not slide down on its own. It is also a wearing part worth replacing after years of service.
