Waste chute (stainless steel) DZ-OPNK (350x205 mm) – how to choose the right one
The DZ-OPNK waste chute in the 350 × 205 mm variant is made of AISI-304 stainless steel and intended to be set into the worktop of a dish-return line.
An elongated rectangle behaves differently from openings close to square: it takes cutlery and scraps swept along the edge of the plate, without having to aim at a small inlet. With a high volume of returns this is sometimes more important than the throughput area itself.
