Vertical bracket, top right / bottom left ZW-TRB523 – how to choose the right one

ZW-TRB523 is a vertical chrome-plated steel bracket intended for hinge ZW-TRS-1a, listed for the top right and bottom left positions. It mirrors the arrangement served by ZW-TRB522.

In a complete installation both part numbers usually appear together. The top and bottom edges of a single door call for brackets from different diagonals, so an order is rarely confined to one item.

This variant has no limiter. If the leaf has to be held open, the right part numbers are ZW-TRB526 to ZW-TRB529.

How do I match a bracket to a specific door corner?

Two things are established: whether the point is at the top or the bottom, and on which side the hinges sit. The diagonal follows from that, and the bracket designation from the diagonal.

Does chrome-plated steel replace the ZnAl alloy here?

These are separate families, not material variants of the same part. The chrome-plated steel brackets are described for ZW-TRS-1a, the ZnAl alloy ones – for ZW-TRS-1.
