Blanking cap KP-CC-20Z – how to choose the right one
The KP-CC-20Z is a polypropylene blanking cap with a rubber gasket, designed for the KP-CC-20x40, KP-CC-20x50 and KP-CC-20x90 drains in refrigeration units.
One code covering three versions simplifies stock management. The stubs differ in length, but share the same thread - so the cap fits regardless of how deep the drain runs below the pan's base.
Polypropylene combined with rubber gives a more durable solution than a plain push-in plug. The seal works under the thread's clamping force rather than by friction, so it does not work loose from the compressor's vibration.

No, the documentation assigns it solely to the half-inch versions. For the 32, 40, 50 and 63 models the manufacturer does not give an equivalent, so the closure there has to be settled individually.
Does the rubber gasket need replacing after a season?
Not under normal operation, but it is worth inspecting each time the point is opened. Cracks and permanent deformation mean the cap will stop keeping odour from the installation out.
