Bolt (stainless steel) ZT-CPI70 – how to choose the right one
ZT-CPI70 is a bolt in AISI-304 stainless steel with a spring, the second size in the CPI series. It works exactly like the smaller index, and what sets it apart is the scale of the fitting itself.
With two twin items, the mounting geometry decides: how much flat surface there is on the leaf, how far the pin reaches and whether anything fouls the seal. The manufacturer publishes no dimensions, so a trial fit in the intended place is a quicker route here than analysing the catalogue.
When replacing on equipment in service, the simplest approach is to reproduce the hole centres of the old fitting. New drilling in a refrigeration leaf always carries the risk of hitting the insulation layer.
