ZT-C20 is a magnetic catch with a neodymium magnet, set in a zinc-plated steel housing. The catch has a holding force of 18 kg.
Eighteen kilograms refers to the force with which the magnet holds the mating part, not to the mass of the leaf. In practice that is enough margin for fronts someone closes carelessly and for doors working against a springy gasket.
