Catch (Znal) KL-C – how to choose the right one
The KL-C catch in ZnAl alloy is the metal variant of an item also available in polyamide. It is sold separately, as the part responsible for holding the door shut.
A zinc alloy casting takes jolts better than plastic and does not deform under pressure. On doors closed briskly and without care, that difference shows up in how often repairs are needed.
Because the documentation gives neither dimensions nor mounting centres, selection relies on comparison with the part already fitted. That is the simplest way to match the same geometry.
