Glass hinge (6-10 mm thick) ZW-GL11M – how to choose the right one
ZW-GL11M is a glass hinge in chrome-plated brass with an adjustable closing force, taking panes of 6–10 mm and declared at 45 kg. The brushed version is made by the manufacturer on request.
An adjustable closing force means that after installation you can set how firmly the fitting draws the leaf into the closed position. On glass doors this is a practical function: the same door in a draughty room and in a closed display case needs a different setting.
This feature distinguishes the model from the other forty-five-kilogram fittings. ZW-GL12 and ZW-GL12DB have the same load class, but no way of setting the force.

No. Here you set the force with which the fitting holds the leaf in the closed position. Self-closing hinges bring the door back from a defined angle and form a separate group in this range.
Is the adjustment set once and for all?
It can also be corrected later. That is an advantage with appliances moved to another room, where the door's operating conditions change.
