Weld-in flag hinge (stainless steel) ZW-60110 – how to choose the right one
ZW-60110 is a flag hinge designed for welding in, made of AISI-304 stainless steel. Its number sits next to the screw-on flag hinge ZW-60100, which makes comparing the two mounting methods easier.
This pair shows well what the choice of fixing comes down to. The same result in use – a removable leaf – is achieved either with screws in a finished structure or with a weld in a frame that cannot be reached from the other side.
The weld-in version wins where the fitting has to stay put despite vibration and jolts. It loses where the structure is already painted or where hot work is not allowed on site.
