Such a description means the choice is made by comparison: by dimension, hole spacing and shape, not from a parameter table. This is a typical situation with replacement parts for appliances, where what counts is the fit to the existing holes.
Number 458 sits next to ZW-453 and ZW-445 in the catalogue, but those are made of ZnAl5 alloy. Similar numbering here implies neither interchangeability nor shared geometry.
