Hinge (polyamide) ZW-418PV – how to choose the right one
ZW-418PV is a hinge in black polyamide intended for doors weighing up to 10 kg, fixed with two Ø5.4 mm screws. The pin is also made of polyamide.
An all-plastic construction means there is no metal in the pivot joint. Nothing here will corrode, but neither will anything carry a load greater than the manufacturer declares – ten kilograms is the limit, not the starting point.
Two fixing points are an advantage on thin fronts and narrow profiles, where there is simply no room for four holes. The cost is lower resistance to pull-out when the leaf is jerked.
