Swing hinge ZK-6060N – how to choose the right one
The ZK-6060N is a composite swing hinge without a lock, designed for light doors up to 40 mm thick and up to 30 kg. The leaf opens both ways and does not stop at any intermediate position.
No lock is a desirable feature where the passage needs to stay clear at all times, and the door needs to swing back on its own after staff or a trolley have passed through. An open leaf does not then stay in the path of traffic.
The operating parameters are identical to the locking version, so the choice between them concerns only how the door behaves after opening.

The hinge itself brings the leaf back to vertical, but it does not apply pressure to the gasket the way a handle with a bolt does. This is a solution for passageways, not for a chamber door that needs a tight close.
