Hinge ZK-2835 RV – how to choose the right one
The ZK-2835 RV combines non-rising operation with the full set of adjustments in this family, including the vertical correction specified as +8/-0 mm. It is the variant for installations where the door has to stay in a set position while still requiring precise adjustment.
The set of three adjustment directions matters especially when mounting on a construction that is not perfectly vertical. Instead of packing sheet metal behind the frame, the installer sets the leaf using the hinge alone.
The remaining parameters are shared across the whole group: composite body, zinc-plated pin, doors up to eighty kilograms.

How many hinges from this series are needed per door?
The number results from the leaf weight divided between the support points, not from the hinge type alone. The manufacturer gives the maximum door weight, so that is where the calculation starts.
