Hinge ZK-731-22 L – how to choose the right one
The ZK-731-22 L is a rising hinge for the left-hand cold room door, made of ZnAl alloy painted grey, with a maximum door weight of 70 kg. The manufacturer provides an optional 2 mm composite shim for it.
Seventy kilograms is a lower value than in the composite 2830 and 29xx series, where the limit is eighty. The 731 family, however, is a metal fitting with a paint coating, which gives a different surface character and a different look on the door.

It is a small correction to the hinge mounting, an order of magnitude smaller than the ten-millimetre shims in the 2830 series. It is used to level the mounting plane, not to change the door thickness range.
What is the difference between item code 731-22 and 731-27?
The descriptions of both variants in the catalogue are identical: the same alloy, the same door weight and the same optional shim. The actual dimensional difference needs to be confirmed before ordering.
