Hinge (ZnAl) black ZW-Z60001N – how to choose the right one
ZW-Z60001N is a hinge in ZnAl alloy covered with black paint. Within the screw-on range it stands out through its finish – the other items in this alloy are chrome-plated.
A black metal fitting is usually ordered when the polyamide versions in RAL9005 do not offer enough load capacity or stiffness, and chrome would be too conspicuous on a dark front.
The description contains neither the load capacity nor the hole spacing, so a drawing will be needed to select it dimensionally. For doors of a known weight, the chrome-plated models with a declared number of kilograms are the safer choice.

A paint coating is less abrasion-resistant than chrome and, with aggressive agents, may lose its evenness over time. In intensively cleaned areas stainless steel is the safer option.
How heavy a leaf will this model hold?
