Kit for terminating the cable and connecting the supply GK-CPCAK – how to choose the right one

GK-CPCAK is a cable termination and power connection kit for GK-CPCA heating cables, i.e. flat silicone cables without braiding.

The role of the set is simple: to turn the raw end of a length into a finished connection. Since rectangular constant wattage cables reach 80 W/m, a careful termination matters more here than on the weakest versions.

The set is selected by the cable designation, not by its output or its length. Two cables of the same output but of different construction need two different sets.

How does it differ from the set for the braided version?

In what it is intended for. This set is for GK-CPCA cables, while the braided version has a separate GK-CPCBK set – they are not interchangeable.

Is the set needed when I buy the cable as a whole reel?

Yes, a reel is still raw cable. Every termination prepared on site needs its own set.
