The GK-SPCBK is a set for terminating the cable and connecting the power supply intended for GK-SPCB heating cables. The cable family is stated unambiguously here, so the set is not interchangeable with other hardware part numbers.
The difference from the set for the bare version follows from the construction of the cable itself: the termination has to enclose the braid as well, not just the silicone insulation and the cores.
It is worth ordering together with the cable. A single small item missing can hold up the installation of a whole run, and with braided cables improvising a termination is a particularly bad idea.
