Catering sink 1000x600 mm (2 bowls 400x400x250 mm) KZ-100604425/2 – how to choose the right one
The KZ-100604425/2 catering sink measures 1000 × 600 mm and has two 400 × 400 × 250 mm bowls, in a version without a drainer. It is made of AISI-304 acid-resistant steel 1.0 mm thick, with a 1 1/2" drain as standard.
The arithmetic is simple: two 400 mm bowls take 800 of the thousand millimetres of length. What is left is a narrow band of edging, so wet dishes have to go elsewhere – onto an adjacent table or a trolley.
This is a solution for stations where the washing process itself matters, not space for dishes. If the drainer surface is to be part of the sink, the manufacturer offers single-bowl variants in the same length.

Ask a questionWhy without a drainer?
Because at a thousand millimetres a sensible drainer surface and two bowls will not fit together. The manufacturer therefore offers a choice: either two bowls, or one bowl and room to set things down.
Is a wider drain worth ordering with two bowls?
It is, when both are in use at once and the water leaving them carries food residue. A 2" or 3 1/2" connection shortens the emptying time, which is noticeable in the rhythm of work when the bowls are filled in turn.
