Catering sink 1000x600 mm with a drainer (bowl 400x400x250 mm on the right) KZ-P-100604425/1P – how to choose the right one
KZ-P-100604425/1P is a 1000 × 600 mm catering sink with a single 400 × 400 × 250 mm bowl on the right and a drainer on the left. The material is AISI-304 acid-resistant steel 1.0 mm thick, and the drain is 1 1/2" as standard.
The proportions here are the reverse of the two-bowl version of the same length. The bowl takes 400 mm and the remaining six hundred go to the surface on which dishes drain. For a station worked by one person this is usually the more favourable split.
A bowl on the right means an item washed in it is set down with a movement to the left. The choice of side, however, follows from the layout of the run more often than from the user's handedness – what decides is where the dishwasher or the clean table stands.

No, the whole top is a single pressing and the layout is set at the factory. Changing it means ordering the twin model with the bowl on the opposite side.
One bowl or two at a length of 1000 mm?
If the dishes have somewhere to drain, the single version gives a real working surface. Two bowls in the same length leave practically none.
