KZ-P-100604425/1L is a catering sink measuring 1000 × 600 mm with a 400 × 400 × 250 mm bowl on the left and a drainer on the right. It is made of AISI-304 acid-resistant steel 1.0 mm thick, with a 1 1/2" drain connection.
This layout suits runs in which dishes travel from left to right. Dirty ones go into the bowl at the edge of the station, clean ones land on the drainer closer to the exit – with no backtracking and no lifting over the bowl.
When ordering, that is the only decision to make, because apart from the side everything stays the same. It is worth making it on the installation drawing, though, not on site.

The simplest way is to draw the path of a dish from the moment it reaches the dishwashing area to the moment it returns to the shelf. The bowl should lie at the start of that path and the drainer surface at its end.
Can this sink be ordered without a drainer?
Not under this item number – the version without a drainer surface is a separate entry, which instead fits two bowls into the thousand millimetres.
