Catering sink 1200x600 mm (2 bowls 500x400x250 mm) KZ-120605425/2 – how to choose the right one
KZ-120605425/2 is a 1200 × 600 mm catering sink with two 500 × 400 × 250 mm bowls and no drainer. It is made of AISI-304 acid-resistant steel 1.0 mm thick, with a 1 1/2" drain as standard.
Going from a 400 to a 500 mm bowl sounds like a detail, yet it changes what can be laid flat inside. Trays and containers that have to be stood on edge in the narrower bowl lie down freely here – and that alone is why this sink is twenty centimetres longer.
It remains, however, a version without a drainer surface. The two hundred millimetres left over from the length are edging, not a drainer – wet dishes need a planned place outside the sink.

Above all the ability to lay a larger item flat. The depth of both is 250 mm, so the difference concerns the area of the base, not the column of water above it.
Is one waste connection enough for two bowls?
The data sheet gives a standard 1 1/2" connection, but how the two outlets are joined is settled when ordering. For the installer this is key information, because it determines how many outlets have to be brought out in the wall.
