Catering sink 1200x600 mm with a drainer (bowl 500x400x250 mm on the left) KZ-120605425/1L – how to choose the right one
KZ-120605425/1L is a 1200 × 600 mm catering sink with a 500 × 400 × 250 mm bowl on the left and a drainer on the right. It is made of AISI-304 acid-resistant steel 1.0 mm thick, with a 1 1/2" drain.
The side of the bowl determines which way the work flows. Here dirty dishes come in from the left and clean ones are set down to the right, which matches layouts with the dishwashing exit on the right of the station.
It is worth settling this before ordering, because the two versions look similar in a photograph and after delivery nothing can be turned round – the drainer and the bowl are a single pressing.

It shows at once, only usually too late. That is why the side is confirmed on the technical drawing before the order goes into production.
Is the drainer the same length as the bowl?
No – on a 1200 mm top the bowl takes 500 mm and the drainer surface is left with two hundred millimetres more. That proportion is deliberate, not a side effect.
