Catering sink 1400x600 mm (2 bowls 500x400x250 mm) KZ-140605425/2 – how to choose the right one
KZ-140605425/2 is a 1400 × 600 mm catering sink with two 500 × 400 × 250 mm bowls, in a version without a drainer. The top is pressed from AISI-304 acid-resistant steel 1.0 mm thick, and the standard drain is 1 1/2".
The difference from the shorter two-bowl version lies in the spare top. The same two bowls get an extra two hundred millimetres here, on which the tap, a waste container or a set of cleaning products can stand – without taking up room in the bowl.
That spare space should not, however, be mistaken for a drainer. The data sheet clearly describes the version as having no drainer surface, so water from dishes set down here has no defined route back into the bowl.

For room for what has to stand by the sink: a dispenser, a bin, a cutlery container. In the shorter 1200 mm version that margin practically does not exist.
Can dishes be set down on that spare space?
Physically yes, but without profiling the water stays where you put it. For setting down wet dishes there are variants of the same length with a drainer.
