KZ-140604425/2P is a 1400 × 600 mm catering sink with two 400 × 400 × 250 mm bowls on the right and a drainer on the left. The construction is AISI-304 acid-resistant steel 1.0 mm thick, with a 1 1/2" drain as standard.
The choice of this side usually follows from where the run ends. If the sink closes the station, the bowls fall against the wall and the free surface joins the adjacent table into one working plane.
Apart from the side nothing here departs from the twin item number: the same two bowls, the same length and the same sheet. The decision is therefore purely a matter of the installation drawing.

In practice, rarely. More important than handedness is where the dirty dishes come from – the direction of work is set by the process line, not by the user.
Can two such sinks be joined into one top?
They can be set side by side, but each remains a separate pressing with its own edging. A continuous plane over the whole length is only achieved by one longer sink, for example 1800 or 2100 mm.
