KZ-140605425/1L is a 1400 × 600 mm catering sink with a single 500 × 400 × 250 mm bowl on the left and a drainer over the remaining length. It is made of AISI-304 acid-resistant steel 1.0 mm thick.
The proportion here is extreme: one bowl and almost a metre of drainer surface. Such a sink stops being purely a washing point and becomes a work table with a bowl – you can portion on it, set containers down and work between washing.
This makes sense where a dishwasher takes over the actual washing and only what does not fit into it is done by hand. For a full cycle with rinsing it is better to look at the two-bowl variants of the same length.

It is enough wherever rinsing is done under running water or in a dishwasher. Two bowls are needed only for fully manual washing split into soaking and rinsing.
What can be placed on such a long drainer?
Crates, transport containers and pots waiting to be washed – the surface will take anything that fits into nine hundred millimetres. That, after all, is the main reason for choosing this item number over a shorter one.
