Meat hook (H=120 mm) KP-AC1815-4 – how to choose the right one
KP-AC1815-4 is a stainless steel butcher's hook with a height of 120 mm. Within the KP-AC1815 range, it sits between the 100 mm and 140 mm versions.
Using hooks of equal height on one rail has a practical effect: the products hang in an even line. When some items hang higher and others lower, neighbouring pieces start touching, and air stops circulating between them.
That's why, when ordering, it's better to order the missing pieces in the same size rather than fill the rail with the nearest available height. A twenty-millimetre difference is visible along the whole row.
