Meat hook (H=200 mm) KP-AC1815-8 – how to choose the right one
The KP-AC1815-8 butcher's hook, 200 mm high, is one of the two largest items in the range. It's made of stainless steel, like all the hooks in this group.
At this size, an issue arises that no one thinks about with shorter sizes: storage. Removed fittings have to be put somewhere, and twenty centimetres of height forces the choice of a suitable crate or container.
The same applies to washing. Parts of this size rarely fit in a catering dishwasher basket, so in plants they're cleaned in a tub or a pass-through washer together with the rest of the equipment.

When should this size be chosen instead of 180 mm?
When the product needs to hang noticeably lower below the rail, or when it touches the structure with a smaller hook. Twenty millimetres makes a visible difference here.
