Meat hook (H=80 mm) KP-AC1815-2 – how to choose the right one
KP-AC1815-2 is a stainless steel butcher's hook with a height of 80 mm, the second item in the range counting from the smallest. It's used where 60 mm proves too little, but a larger size would take up too much height.
It's worth knowing the naming convention when ordering. The symbol KP-AC1815 is common to the whole family, and the number after the hyphen orders the heights in ascending order: two is 80 mm, nine is 220 mm.
A mistake of one digit means, in practice, a twenty-millimetre difference. For a single piece, no one will notice; for an order covering a whole rail, they'll have to be replaced.
