Angle connector (60x39x49 mm) KP-LN3949 – how to choose the right one
The KP-LN3949 angle connector is a black ABS part measuring 60 × 39 × 49 mm that joins two surfaces at a right angle. In furniture cabinetry and in appliance casings it takes over the role a metal angle bracket would otherwise perform.
ABS is chosen here for its rigidity. This plastic does not creep under constant load the way soft polymers do, so a joint once bolted up does not start to loosen after a few months. Nor does it corrode in a damp room.
The black colour is practical, because such a part usually remains visible from inside the cabinet. In the dark interior of the cabinetry it does not contrast with the panel the way a light version would.

In the third dimension: 49 mm on this model and 55 mm on the KP-LN3955. The first two dimensions, 60 and 39 mm, are the same.
Will plastic hold the joint as well as metal?
In light cabinetry, yes – ABS does not bend under the weight of a panel. For nodes carrying structural load, a steel angle bracket remains the more sensible choice.
