Corner connector KP-AC-FR64 – how to choose the right one
The KP-AC-FR64 corner connector is a polyamide part that ties a structure together at the corner. Unlike the ABS angle connectors, it is made of a material that will sooner give way than crack under overload.
This difference only shows up in service. Polyamide absorbs vibration from the compressor and from closing doors, so the joint does not start to rattle. Where rigidity alone is the priority, the harder ABS performs better.
