KP-DG71-20 BLACK is a scrap hole cover made of NBR rubber with a hardness of 70 ± 5 Shore A, fitted with a half-open handle and a strong magnet. The PE-coated magnet is mounted on a stainless steel handle measuring 120 × 35 mm.
The magnet solves the most costly problem: cutlery washing off the worktop together with scraps. A fork or knife is caught on the handle instead of ending up in the waste or blocking the rest of the installation.
The polyethylene coating has hygienic significance – it separates the magnet from contact with scraps and makes cleaning easier. The handle itself is made of stainless steel, so the parts exposed to water and chemicals are resistant.

Does the magnet withstand being washed along with the whole part?
Yes, it is coated with polyethylene and mounted on stainless steel. It is precisely this coating that sets it apart from a bare magnet, which in a kitchen would quickly stop looking new.
How does this version differ from KP-DG7?
KP-DG7 has no magnet or handle and comes in seven colours. This item is available in black and adds the function of catching metal.
