Door opening pedal (left) KP-1800L – how to choose the right one
KP-1800L is a left-hand door-opening pedal made of stainless steel. It allows the leaf to be opened with a foot where the mechanism needs to match a specific side.
Side-specific versions have the advantage of a good fit: the fitting sits exactly where the foot reaches, not halfway. The price of this precision is having to determine the side before ordering.
The side is determined by standing in front of the door on the side from which it's opened. A mistake at this stage ends in a return, or in an installation where the pedal works but is inconvenient in daily use.
