KP-BDE210 is a polyethylene condensate tray measuring 210 × 150 × 83 mm – the smallest in this category. It's chosen where little free space is left under the unit, and the amount of water from defrosting is small enough not to need help from a heater.
Polyethylene here is a choice for durability, not for evaporation speed: it doesn't corrode, withstands washing, and doesn't permanently deform under the weight of water, but it conducts heat more slowly than aluminium. If water persists in the tray between defrost cycles, the right direction is a larger water surface – for example, KP-BDE2030 with the same construction.

The manufacturer states the external dimensions, 210 × 150 × 83 mm, and doesn't declare a usable capacity – it depends on the mounting method and on whether the tray stands level. A more reliable approach for selection is to measure the condensate build-up in the unit over a day of full load. If it exceeds a few hundred millilitres, a larger tank or a version with a heater is needed.
Can a heater be added to this tray?
This model has no prepared passage for a heater, and drilling into a finished polyethylene moulding creates a point that can't be permanently sealed under working conditions in water. If the condensate needs to evaporate continuously, a model designed for a heater is chosen instead: KP-BDE1016 in polypropylene, or KP-BDA-H in aluminium.
