Condensate evaporation tray (300x140x106 mm) KP-BDE1016 – how to choose the right one
KP-BDE1016 is a 300 × 140 × 106 mm polypropylene condensate evaporation tray with slots for two PTC heaters. A height of 106 mm gives a large water reserve with a small footprint – this is a solution for installations short on width but with room in height.
The two slots allow the power to be spread along the base instead of concentrated at one point, and with a lighter load on the unit, only one heater can be powered, leaving the second slot as a spare. The tray accepts KP-PTC heaters at 230 V and KP-PTC 110V INCOLOY, which matters for units built for markets outside Europe.

Ask a questionDo both heaters have to be fitted?
No. The two slots are an option, not a requirement – with a moderate condensate build-up, one heater is enough, and the second slot remains a spare in case the unit's operating conditions change. Heaters are chosen separately anyway, since the tray is supplied without them. An unused slot has to stay sealed – this is a point to check during installation.
Which model should be chosen if a third heater is needed?
KP-BDE1017 – 300 × 148 × 100 mm, the same family and the same polypropylene, with slots for three heaters. The dimensional difference is small: 8 mm wider and 6 mm lower with an identical length of 300 mm, so in most installations one model can replace the other without modifying the mounting.
