Foot water pump (8 l/m/2.2 gpm.) KP-4618B – how to choose the right one
The KP-4618B foot-operated water pump delivers up to 8 litres per minute with a suction head of up to 1.5 m and a delivery head of up to 3 m. The body is made of nylon, the connections of acetal and the seals of neoprene.
Foot operation gives an advantage that cannot be bought any other way: both hands stay free. When washing hands and rinsing dishes the water runs only when it is needed, so consumption falls of its own accord.
Selection comes down to the geometry of the installation. One and a half metres defines how low below the pump the tank may stand, and three metres how high the water will reach. Beyond those limits the parameters cease to match the catalogue figures.
